+91 90042 04714Mangoes, often referred to as the "king of fruits," are a cherished produce of Maharashtra, celebrated for their diverse varieties and exceptional quality. Among the most esteemed varieties are Alphonso, Kesar, Pairi, Totapuri, and Rajapuri, each offering unique flavors and textures.
Alphonso:
Known for its rich, creamy texture and vibrant orange-yellow hue, Alphonso mangoes are sweet and non-fibrous, making them a favorite for desserts and beverages.
Kesar:
Often called the "queen of mangoes," Kesar mangoes have a distinct saffron-like color and a sweet-tangy flavor, making them ideal for culinary uses.
Pairi:
This variety is known for its smooth, yellow skin and fiberless, succulent flesh that's both sweet and tangy.
Totapuri:
Recognized by its elongated shape and golden yellow color, Totapuri mangoes are firmer and denser, with a tangy flavor, making them suitable for processing.
Rajapuri:
Featuring a thick, golden-yellow skin and sweet, creamy flesh, Rajapuri mangoes are perfect for eating fresh or using in mango-based dishes.
These mangoes typically weigh between 80 grams and 140 grams, ensuring uniformity and quality. They are carefully sorted by category, size, and color to meet specific market standards. For packaging, they are placed in corrugated boxes, with quantities available in 3 dozen or 5 dozen, facilitating easy handling and transportation. This meticulous sorting and packaging process ensures that mangoes from Maharashtra are of high quality, catering to both domestic and international markets.
